Special Prices:

Clubs, club resellers and merchants can shop with us at special prices and discount rates. To exclusion of other conditions the following terms shall be applicable. All special prices and discount rates are subject to be changed without prior notification. As or orders the terms at the order shall be applicable.

General Terms and Conditions

You simply can benefit from our special discount rates and prices for clubs, club resellers and merchants. There are only a few steps required:

1. create an online-account ("Login / My Account")
   
2. let us know at which discount rates you want to buy in the future
   a) as club / club reseller or
   b) reseller / merchant
   
3. inform us by email by which username you had been registered
   
4. as for club resellers and merchants we need some additional documents:
   a) clubs: a copy of the official registration of your local court and if you are not member of the executive board a letter of confirmation, that you are authorizied to order products in the name and per invoice of the club (if you register as private club reseller those information are not necessary)
   b) resellers / merchants: a copy of your trade / business registration and - if applicable - a copy of your registration at the commercial register from the court

As soon as we receive those documents we will activate your account. If you want to order you only will have to login to order at your individual discount prices.

Please note: As a matter of principle we don't deliver on open invoice when using special discount rates. When paying by credit card we charge the handling fee on to merchants. If you want to avoid those additional costs we recommend to pay by debit entry or cash in advance.

Double discounts are not applicable. Discounts on the basis of sales, special offers are deducted in addition to special discount rates. In case the discount of sales or special offers should be higher than your discount rate the discount of the special offer shall be applicable instead of the individual special discount rate. Please note, that orders via a partner-link are not recorded when using our special discount rates.

Deliveries free of costs for clubs, resellers, club resellers and merchants are not possible. As for the rest our general terms and conditions as well as the additional notes in our delivery terms shall be applicable. We usually deliver by Deutsche Post (DHL) and DPD. Clubs, Club Resellers

You are granted a Basic Discount rate of 5%.

The basic discount rate will be reduced if

• your order has less than 5 single items or
• the order total (excl. shipping) does not exceed 250,- Euro.

At falling short of the above mentioned limits we will charge an additional fee. All surcharges are shown in your basket and the order preview in detail by giving reasons for.

Discounts on items being subject to the national book price fixing (books, video, CD) are not possible (item# 20...).
Please note, that discount rates are not applicable for mats and big training equipment. If you are interested in we will give you individual prices on request.

All prices are gross prices including German VAT.

Resellers and Merchants

Prior condition is that we received a copy of your official trade registration. All prices in the shop are net prices plus VAT.

Please note:

The whole discount rate is only applicable if

• your order has more than 5 single items and
• the order total (excl. shipping) exceeds 500,- Euro.

At falling short of the above mentionend limits we will charge an additional fee depending on the order total:

• order total less/equal 100 Euro: triple surcharge
• order total over 100 Euro and smaller/equal 250 Euro: douple surcharge
• order total over 250 Euro and smaller/equal 500 Euro: single surcharge

All surcharges are shown in your basket and the order preview in detail by giving reasons for.

Please note, that discount rates are not applicable for mats and big training equipment. If you are interested in we will give you individual prices on request.

Belated Discounts

For technical reasons it is not possible to deduct discounts after the invoice was created. If you want to use your special discount rates you should login to your account before submitting your order or register online and send us the required information (see above).

Individual Discounts for Bigger Orders

We will make you an individual price on bigger orders (at least 5 single items and order total over 250,- EUR). Simply ask for your price by email!
