Lost & Missing Deliveries

You will always get informed by e-mail, when your items are dispatched. Then your items have left our warehouse.

For deliveries within Germany, please allow five working days for delivery. For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world, please allow at least 7 to 10 working days.

In spite of all our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as it is possible that they have already tried to deliver your package but were unable to.

If you believe the delivery is severely overdue, please send our Customer Services an e-mail at: info@budoten.com and we will take appropriate action. (Please include the Order Number.)

You can call Customer Services from Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 12.00 am (MET) and from Monady to Thursday, 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
