When are the ordered items with you?

We keep some items on stock ready for you. In individual cases it can happen that items are out of stock and must be ordered by us. The total delivery time will prolong by approx. 1 -2 weeks.

At products which we don't have on stock, the total delivery time calculates from the two ways the products must cover: From the supplier to us and from us to you. We therefore always indicate a general delivery time of approx. 10 working days to cover all possible eventualities.

If, once, an item shouldn't be on stock, we will inform you by e-mail. Therefore it is prerequisite that you have given us your e-mail address at your purchase order.

Our customers got used to quick deliveries. We therefore check all purchase orders, at least once per week automatic. If some of the ordered items you should already be on stock ready for shipment with us, we send these first without additional transportation costs for you!
