Paying by Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)

After you have stored all items in your basket, click on the shopping cart (left top of the page) or on the link "shopping cart". This way you reach your basket. Here you may review your items, change the quantities or even delete some from the basket. When you are ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout"-button. Follow the steps on the next pages. Enter your address (make sure to fill out all required fields).

At the step "payment options" select "Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.)". Please note: Supplementary charges for C.O.D. shipment and financial transmission will be charged to the customer.

In Germany the C.O.D. charges are between 4,60 Euro and 12,00 Euro. The C.O.D. charges depend on the possible mode of transport. The C.O.D. charges to Austria (already including shipping costs) are 17,90 Euro. This price applies to a pracel up to 4 Kg. Charges for weights up to 20 Kg please in the table "Shipping Costs Europe 1". Please add 12,00 Euro per shipment.

C.O.D. charges for other countries than Germany and Austria are 4,60 Euro. COD is recommended especially to countries taking part in the eurogiro-procedure because you will not be charged additional costs for transferral of money. To countries not taking part in the eurogiro-procedure the Deutsche Post AG adds further 6,00 Euro to cover the transfer of the collected C.O.D. amount. The total costs here are 10,60 Euro. At the next page (step 4 of the ordering process) you get a final overview of your order, so please check before you send it. At this page you have the opportunity to enter some comments or remarks to your order in the field "comments". If your items shall be delivered to an different address - you may enter this address here in the respective fields below the "comments"-field. To complete your order - click on the "Submit your Order"-Button. Ready!

By the way: At payment by C.O.D. we always collect the order value total, even if some items are out of stock in time of delivery and will sent to you in a subsequent delivery. According our General Terms and Conditions all supplementary charges as for C.O.D. will be charged to the customer. Therefore we would have to charge the C.O.D. charges for each and every necessary subsequent delivery again, which would make your purchase order much more expensive. When you choose as payment option "Credit Card" or "Debit Entry" (only in Germany possible), we charge only the delivered items. Subsequent deliveries will be free of cost.
