Paying by credit card

We accept Eurocard, Mastercard, VISA, Diners Club and American Express.

After you have stored all items in your basket, click on the shopping cart (left top of the page) or on the link "shopping cart". This way you reach your basket. Here you may review your items, change the quantities or even delete some from the basket. When you are ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout"-button. Follow the steps on the next pages. Enter your address (make sure to fill out all required fields).

At the step "payment options" select "Credit Card" as payment method and type in the required additional information as your card number, cardholders name, the expiry date. Furthermore we need the CVC2-code from the backside of your card. The CVV2/CVC2 is a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of cards. The number appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel at the end. This program helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. All MasterCard cards, both credit and debit, were required to contain CVC2 by January 1, 1997; all Visa cards must contain CVC2 by January 1, 2001. The CVC2-code is not stored in the magnetic stripe of your card and is not printed on payment receipts.

By asking for this numbers we make sure, that at the purchase order no improper used card numbers are shown off by third parties. In the field of mail order and telephone order (MO/TO) card verification by the CVC2-Code is obligation.

At the next page (step 4 of the ordering process) you get a final overview of your order, so please check before you send it. At this page you have the opportunity to enter some comments or remarks to your order in the field "comments". If your items shall be delivered to an different address - you may enter this address here in the respective fields below the "comments"-field. To complete your order - click on the "Submit"-Button. Ready!

By the way: Of course we only then debit your credit card if the ordered items are sent. We will not debit money from your credit/debit card until just before your item/items are dispatched. On the date of dispatch you will receive an e-mail message confirming the date, contents and method of your delivery. If you have ordered several items with different availabilities we will debit your credit/debit card as each of those items become available and are dispatched.
