Paying by Debit Entry (Direct Debiting)

After you have stored all items in your basket, click on the shopping cart (left top of the page) or on the link "shopping cart". This way you reach your basket. Here you may review your items, change the quantities or even delete some from the basket. When you are ready, click the "Proceed to Checkout"-button. Follow the steps on the next pages. Enter your address (make sure to fill out all required fields), at the step "payment options" select "Debit Entry" as payment method and type in the required additional information as your account code, your bank code and the name of your bank. At the next page (step 4 of the ordering process) you get a final overview of your order, so please check before you send it. At this page you have the opportunity to enter some comments or remarks to your order in the field "comments". If your items shall be delivered to an different address - you may enter this address here in the respective fields below the "comments"-field. Click on the "Submit your Order"-Button. This was it!

By the way: Of course we only then debit your account if the ordered items were sent. We charge the invoice total to your account mostly approx. 1-2 weeks upon receipt of the goods. Please pay attention to a sufficient balance on your account!

Please note: The payment by debit entry is possible, if you have an account at a bank in Germany. For our valued customers from abroad we recommend to pay by credit card.
