Payment at purchase orders from abroad

Due to various negative experiences which we had particularly to make at purchase orders from foreign countries in the past we unfortunately feel compelled to change our payment modalities to be able to meet "black sheeps" under our customers better. We are conscious that this meets also many of our honest customers but we hope, however, on your understanding. Products aren't sent abroad at an open invoice now any more, in principle. Regular customers are excepted from it. Divergent payment modalities require our express consent.

You can pay by credit card, cash on delivery (C.O.D.), cheque or pre-register. Please gather details from the information at our help pages about the respective mode of payment. If you don't have a credit card, you may pay as well by COD (cash on delivery). This mode of payment is strongly recommended especially in countries taking part in the eurogiro-procedure because you will not be charged additional costs for transferral of money.

If you have an account at a bank domiciled in Germany, you can pay also by debit entry.
